GREENSBORO – As voters consider the $2 billion Connect NC bond referendum on the ballot March 15, Chancellor Harold Martin of N.C. A&T State University, discusses the demand for engineers and the need for a new Engineering Building at A&T.

“We underproduce, across the board, engineers in our nation,” Martin says in the accompanying video. “We underproduce women engineers. We underproduce minority engineers.”

“We need research space to continue to accommodate the growth in our research,” Martin says.
